Build and maintain the social media presence of the product and ensure the positive and growth targetted strategies to further expand our presence in the digital space. Optimizing landing presence, devising digital campaigns that are engaging, motivating and informative.

Responsibilities

1.            Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

2.            Minimum 6 years of Experience in undertaking SEO/ SMO / Social Media Marketing / Email marketing (Both Paid and Organic )

3.            Design, build and maintain our social media presence

4.            Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

5.            Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

6.            Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

7.            Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

8.            Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

9.            Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

10.        Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

11.        Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

12.        Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

 

Requirements

1.            Proven working experience in digital marketing (approximately 5-7 years)

2.            Ability to plan and execute Digital Marketing campaigns independently

3.            Accustomed to startup environment

4.            Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

5.            Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

6.            Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

7.            Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

8.            Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)

9.            Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)

10.        Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

11.        Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

12.        Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

13.        Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

14.        Work experience in online Healthcare startup/e-commerce companies is preferred

15.        Strong English Communication skills: Only from English Medium Background preferred.

16.        Should be able to analyze and report ROI about all Digital Marketing activities
