The Doctor on Call shall be primarily handling patients over phone, chat and video call with an objective to help callers with basic medical attention required before any physical examination. As the first point of contact, this role shall endeavor to  resuscitate or stabilize patients and refer them to the appropriate medical departments.

The right doctor would be a MBBS degree holder from a qualified / reputed institute. He/She will possess a confident and smart way of working in a professional environment. This person will be the companys' medical / health expert and shall be a part of decision making team while considering strategies. 

This apart, the overall responsibilities would be as follows

1. Take charge of subscriber calls within scheduled hours for general, specific and/or emergency cases. Emergency calls may or may not be within scheduled hours. 
2. Lead the camp / Corporate in-house events and also be able to speak in a large gathering, if required
3. Monitor and approve of all healthcare related content for the website and mobile application
4. Coordinate with technical team and senior management team and proactively suggest improvements on the App and Portal, based on own and subscriber/patient feedback
5. Articulate and well spoken individual with an innate ability to listen also. 
6. Should be technology friendly and possess the skillset to grasp newer technology
7. Should be willing to work in a corporate environment and carry out day to day tasks and responsibilities as planned

Experience in a Corporate environment will be an added advantage.Further, individuals who are emplanelled with existing online healthcare service companies will be preferred.
