General Manager Sales   -  TRUSTMEDI

 

Scope

This role will Head the Sales of Trustmedi which will include all Service Provider tie up, Software Sales and Subscriber tie up. Individual will be part of the decision-making team and work in line with the Senior team to ensure achievement of business goals. The individual shall steer the companys' service offering to domestic and international market in a phased manner to yield planned growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

 

Sales

  1. Responsible for revenue generation across products & services in all regions and ensure yields across products through Regional Managers and Marketing Managers
  2. Implementation of Billing targets at all India level
  3. Keep a tab on arithmetic calculations, pricing structures, gross margin and profitability
  4. Responsible for Marketing and Sales and works through Marketing Managers and Regional Managers to achieve top line market share and achieve revenue and brand objectives
  5. Prepare Business Plan on business design, structure, process and operating plan and financial model
  6. Strategize and plan the sales process management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development, market research and brand strategy
  7. Conduct effective and accurate market research and apply this information to increase market share
  8. Conduct regular meeting with 3rd party sales agency and sales team to discuss target status, product training and sales strategy
  9. Conduct customer or training seminars as per the requirement of regions
  10. Monitor and analyze marketing and sales reports received from regional office and also distributor feedback
  11. Coordinate, prepare and launch new products for the assigned market(s) with cooperation of the respective sales department in the respective regions
  12. Ensure the confidentiality of the customer list, mailing lists and other sensitive company information.
  13. Update management on business process and operating plan and financial model and profitability
  14. To ensure that the daily meetings take place every day with the team to review the previous days interactions
  15. Conduct various marketing activities to support sales promotion.
  16. Build sales pipeline for coming months.

Other responsibilities

  • Interview and recruit individuals and train them to work in a team to achieve revenue goals
  • Ensure team attrition is under control by introducing exciting incentives and sales schemes for the team
  • Identification, Overseeing and monitoring the performance of Sales Training Agency
  • Organizing specific customer relation developing events.

Requirement

  • Hardcore field sales work experience in healthcare sector for at least 7 years and overall work experience in retail, FMCG and software sales for over 12 years
  • B.Tech / B.E (Computers/ similar)  from reputed institute. Should possess high IQ and intelligence to think out-of-box to solve issues
  • Proven working experience in e-commerce / online sales companies
  • Relevant knowledge of healthcare and wellness industry
  • Strong network in the patient care industry – that could be pharmaceutical companies, doctors, senior administrators in hospitals
  • Team player with strong communication skills (business writing, presentations, and interpersonal)
  • Strong project management & performance measurement skills
  • Agile and mobile and effective salesman
  • Keen analytical sense and is quick with numbers, data assessment and analysis
  • Solid business acumen, management, and problem-solving skills
  • Folks from outside Kolkata and willing to relocate shall be more than welcome
