- Job Description:
- 1.The role will be to provide support / software solutions to resolve all software service requests with complete customer satisfaction.
- 2.Candidate must be from Healthcare Industry and have handled Eye ERP.
- 3. Should comfortably speak in Hindi, English, Bengali & relevant local language.
- 4.Expected to travel and maintain work related MIS.
- 5.Knowledge of SQL Server, Windows and Networking is mandatory.
- 6.Revenue collection on sales closed post installation and support shall also be the responsibility.
